Our Water Damage Restoration Process
At SERVPRO of Southwest Dallas, we want to make sure we have a complete understanding of the extent of damage to your home or place of business before we begin the restoration prosses. We start our process by having one of our highly trained professionals perform a detailed inspection of your property. During the inspection, they will try to identify the source of the water (if not yet determined), identify the type of water, the extent of damage and any potential safety hazards that may exist. Once this process is complete we can begin getting your property back to prime condition.

We will check for the source of moisture in your home or business. The source must be stopped before any restoration or drying of the building can be successful.

Survey the Extent of the Water Damage and Inspect the Premises
We inspect and test to determine the extent of damage and how far the moisture has traveled to ensure proper and complete restoration. In addition, we will inspect for safety concerns that may be evident. If there are any safety issues like lead or asbestos, please bring them to our attention.
