I was very cautious coming into this experience as the previous reconstruction company left me high and dry but I left extremely happy and impressed.  Not only did they get to my house quickly to assess what needed to be done but once I gave the go ahead they were in my house quickly to knock it out with a number of guys.  This SERVPRO location definitely restored my faith!

My girlfriend and I had some roof issues that caused water leakage into our house and some mold.  SERVPRO got onsite quickly and came back with a plan.  They moved forward and took care of it in no time at all.  We are very thankful.

This SERVPRO location was great.  I called about getting my ceiling inspected due to a AC leak in the attic.  Their office was close by and even though they were very busy, they had someone stop within the hour.  They used several different tools to check out my ceiling, including a thermal camera which was really neat.  They were very professional and knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend them!

We had a washing machine pipe issue that flooded part of our garage but mainly flowed through the wall into our living room.  This was the second time in the last year that we have had to call a mitigation company.  The first time was after the February Freeze in2021.  We wish we had known about SERVPRO of Southwest Dallas then.  They were fantastic to work with.  They were knowledgeable, overcommunicated and had clean equipment that actually worked.  We would highly recommend!

The was a fire in my condo building and my unit suffered from smoke smell/damage. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. They got to work on my unit faster than the unit across the hall from mine - that actually had the fire and was using a different company. Extremely professional, punctual and let me know what they were doing and why every step of the way. They will be my first call if I ever need damage control again. I cannot say enough great things about them.

I live in the 75208 area near downtown Dallas and Bishop Arts, and the team at SERVPRO of Southwest Dallas did an excellent job of extracting the standing water and drying out the water damage in my house when my water heater burst.  They are the best around!
