Unoccupied Commercial Bank Building Pipe Break in East Dallas

This unoccupied commercial bank building in East Dallas was hit by vandalism in the middle of the night. The vandals removed piping causing water damage to spread throughout the entire carpeted building. Aside from the extreme amount of water, the structure did not have power The customer made a quick call to SERVPRO of Southwest Dallas to handle this situation for them. They had a maintenance team available but decided a professional water mitigation and restoration group was the best solution. Our team was quickly on-site with a number of personnel, generators and specialty extractor equipment.  The customer was thrilled that we were able to take care of this issue on short notice on a weekend.
