Roof, Sinks, Toilet Leaks Create Damage to the Majority of a Wynnewood Home

This home in Wynnewood was hit with multiple leaks in various areas of the house.  A roof leak was the main culprit with many other leaks discovered during testing and mitigation process.  Water damage of this magnitude takes good communication and coordination with the insured and insurance company.  The process was started with stabilizing the environment with dehumidifiers until lodging was identified.  This was followed up with a full house packout before demolition could be started.  Demolition then proceeded including removal of trim, baseboards, cabinetry, ceiling & wall drywall and several layers of flooring.  Hefty amounts of Batt and loose insulation also needed to be removed.
