Commercial Basement Flooding in N. Dallas, TX

The basement and elevator shafts of a commercial building under construction in North Dallas flooded from the outside after heavy rains. Under construction buildings can take quite a bit of time to complete which leaves a high probability that rain will occur and test for unknown gaps that intrudes into the structure. In this instance, there was a quick response from our water mitigation team, weeks of monitoring and communicating until the construction company could pinpoint the issue and then successfully resolve it. During this time there was another heavy rain and our team was out there as soon as the call was made. The construction company was relieved to have a reliable and dedicated water mitigation team in their corner.
