North Dallas Slab Leak - Floors Removed & Dried

A homeowner and his family were gone on vacation and came back to water on the floors throughout their house.  They had a slab leak!  After dismissing one mitigation company that was very pushy, they called us and were extremely comfortable with our knowledge and no pressure approach.  They were overwhelmed but confident after we walked them through each step of the water mitigation process.  Packing out their contents, drying for several days and removal of their engineered hardwood and carpeted floors were needed.  It was a family affair as their parents wanted to make sure they understood the process, and additionally wanted to make sure their children were in good hands.  Everyone involved was extremely happy with the communication and final results.  Soon they were ready for the next step on their journey to getting things back to normal, reconstruction.
