Commercial Building in Downtown Dallas that Flooded 5 Floors Due to Water Fountain Hose
When a water fountain hose was not correctly installed, it cause water to flood numerous rooms on 5 floors. SERVPRO of Southwest Dallas was called out to dry out the structure. This required initial extraction, placing drying equipment and then removing necessary cove base and carpet squares. This customer was very pleased with the work our team did and continues to call on us for this and other buildings they manage downtown when the need arises.
